What Makes Our Approach Different

Equal Weight to Every Voice

Sessions and materials are structured so no single perspective dominates. Every household member has space to contribute.

Purely Educational

Everything we offer is informational. We do not provide advice, counselling, or representation — that clarity keeps your focus where it belongs.

Gentle, Non-Pressuring Tone

Our materials are written with care. There is no urgency, no pressure, and no prescriptive outcomes — only space to think and plan.

Structured for Self-Guidance

The toolkit and series are designed so families can work through them independently, at whatever pace suits their situation.

Locally Rooted in Chiang Mai

Concordo is based in Chiang Mai and designed with Northern Thailand's international and local community in mind.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does Concordo offer?

Concordo offers educational workshops, self-guided planning toolkits, and a multi-session preparation series. These are informational and organisational resources — they do not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.

Who are these resources designed for?

Adults in households that are going through a period of change and who want structured tools to help them communicate more clearly and plan shared matters more evenly. Our resources are particularly useful before engaging with professional services such as legal or financial advisors.

Are the workshops held in-person or online?

The Respectful Dialogue Workshop is held in person at our Chiang Mai office on Charoen Rat Road, Wat Ket. The Fair Planning Toolkit is a self-guided digital resource. The Full Preparation Series combines in-person sessions with take-home materials. Please contact us for current session dates.

How long does each programme take?

The Dialogue Workshop runs over a single day. The Fair Planning Toolkit can be completed at your own pace — most households work through it over one to three weeks. The Full Preparation Series spans several weeks and combines scheduled sessions with independent work.

What does the pricing cover?

Prices are stated in Thai Baht. Workshop fees cover facilitation, materials, and venue. Toolkit pricing covers the full digital resource pack. The Preparation Series fee covers all sessions and accompanying materials. Fees do not include any professional advice or representation.

Do both household members need to participate together?

For the Dialogue Workshop, joint participation is encouraged, as the exercises are designed around balanced conversation. The toolkit and preparation series can be used by one or both people. We recommend discussing the approach together before enrolling, so that both parties feel comfortable with the format.

Is Concordo a counselling or legal service?

No. Concordo is not a counselling, psychological, legal, or financial service. All activities are non-regulated and educational or administrative in nature. We actively encourage participants to seek appropriate professional support for matters outside our scope.
